I wash mine with Dawn dishwashing soap and let it air dry for storage. Then I spritz it with 70/30 isopropyl alcohol and wipe down with a paper towel right before use.

What is the right thing to use to clean/sterilize stainless steel equipment? I'm told bleach is not good to use on stainless.
